1. Sin keeps you from real life.
"For all have sinned and fall short of the
glory of God" Romans 3:23
"For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus
our Lord" Romans 6:23
2. Know that sin can be forgiven
"But God demonstrates His own love toward us,
in that while we were
sinners, Christ died for us" Romans 5:8
"For God so loved the world that he gave His only begotten Son, that whoever
believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life" John 3:16
3. Know salvation must come through Jesus only.
"Christ Jesus came into the world to save
sinners" 1 Timothy 1:15
"Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven
given among men by which we must be saved" Acts 4:12
4. Pray for forgiveness and ask Jesus into your
life. (pray something like this from your heart)
Dear father in heaven, I'm a sinner and I'm sorry
for my sins. Please forgive
me and help me to be a new person. I believe Jesus died on the cross for me. I now
ask Jesus to come into my life and take over. I surrender completely to you. Jesus,
be
my Lord and savior. I love you. Thank you for forgiving me and thank you for real
life.

5. Know your sins are forgiven and you have real life.
"He who has the Son has life; he who does not
have the Son of God does not have life."
For whoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Romans 10:13
